Depends on the heatsink, my Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7 for my Core 2 Duo came with thermal stuff already on it.

If not Zalman thermal grease is available cheaply from most online stores, try ebuyer.

Whatever you do, don't listen to Baskie and go to PC Scumworld as you'll end up paying crap loads..
