Re: Fancy A Bristol Meet?

I can make the 15th, and again don't mind where we meet. Where are you all coming from going back to? I'm in Stoke Gifford, but like i said don't mind where we go. I'll add a disclaimer (so to speak) now, I work in retail and we trade till 9pm on Saturday's and it is possible that i get called into ...

Re: Fancy A Bristol Meet?

I'm in Bristol too, would be up for meeting sometime, I work shifts that include Saturday evenings but If i'm free i'll come along.

I would of thought that as it's only a short bimble up the road for Smiler and hubby they could probably be talked into it too! ;-)

Re: Misted visor and the glasses wearer..

I have same lid as above and works well, however it doesn't stop your glasses misting up, i never found anything that would work long term, that's why i opted for contact lenses! :-)

Re: Bristol Balloon Fiesta

It is a great show, and yep it is free, but if it's anything like past years they will sting you to park! Also traffic all around the site is awfull!

And as someone has already said it's been raining here in Bristol all day so will be very muddy!

Re: replacement visors on line

I did see those on e bay for that price but you still had to say £2.99 postage (if it's the same seller) the price above included postage and like i said a free visor bag. I hadn't realised the company was in Guernsey until it turned up, i'm taking my bike over in 2 weeks time for a short break used...

They also supply a free visor bag too...
