I've just taken out my swingarm to do the same - I've got an 02 ZX6. Loosened off all the bolts while on the sidestand, then used axle stands under the frame below the swingarm mount, then removed the wheel, the brake hose clips and then the swingarm bolt. I'm still in 2 minds as to whether to strip...

Ride everywhere at 80mph+, and the wind resistance will support your head & upper body, thus relieving your wrists from all that support!

Was there any update on what happened with this case?

I can see this from both sides. I'm assuming that the conditions surrounding the accident involved riding at speeds above the speed limit. If so, for the others to be close enough to be associated, they must too have broken the speed limit and therefore deemed to be riding dangerously and potentiall...

In fairness, my experience has been mostly with car places. perhaps they've jaded my view slightly! lol

I would always choose an independant over a large chain though. Pays to build a good relationship with your MOT mechanic.

In my exoerience, there is no such thing as a cheap MOT. All the 'cheap' ones I've had have managed to find problems that needed more money spending on work and parts, where as the traditional older garages charging normal rates have passed the cars/bikes with little or no work needed. Thanks Dynamight. Where did you order yours from? I can't use Ebay - account deactivated after a payment dispute (the theiving w*****s tried to charge me 3 times the listing fee and then cancelled my account when I wouldn't pay it!). Do they have a website?

I like the Rossi/Fiat livery. Am a huge Rossi fan, and adding his colours to my bike will make it go 30% faster. Simples

Anybody bought fairing kits from these guys?

I fancy a new set for my ZX6 this summer, and for an extra tenner, they'll put the full Fiat Rossi paint/stickers on (minus any Yamaha stickers of course!). £440 for the whole works seems reasonable...
