I have found that if you give them a good tap (Belt) first they are more likely to come out (Breaks the thread lock)

My names Adam, I live in the Newton Abbot area (Moved here a couple of years ago) and I ride a Yamaha FJ12 thats 21 years old, this is my second FJ so you can tell from this that I love em.
