Hi Gaz, I completed the run ... just ... #:-s Bloody typical ... struck down ill 3 weeks before the run so no training at all just when I needed to be putting the distances in ... #-o Felt ok, so turned up on the day hoping for the best ... :-s I had been training to finish in a time of around 1hr 4...

Armstrong 500 ... (sorry Deej, guess that's not much help either mate)
