Could it maybe to split it into 2 pack's, i.e slower and faster riders grouped and having a mid position rider acting as divider and only the JM's can pass? This may ease the pressure on theTEC to keep pace and play constant catch up with the main lead. I know sometimes I felt like I held up the mo...
