Not sure if this is a good method but what i use and do is; start by spraying wd40 on the chain let it do its magic for a good 5 minutes to get rid of all the old gunge then get a fairly tough brush and give it a good scrub, afterwards applying holts doesn't seem too sticky but sticky enough.

Welcone and if you ride like your dad or better, you should be fine.

Hi i'm meeting a few people at Newton Abbot maccy's to ride up to exeter with. so if anyone else who wants to ride up to ride up to exeter together you more than welcome to join us
I will be at McDonalds at 08:20 and will leave at 0900 to get to exeter in time for the meet.
