Re: The next saga of my biking journey

I know the whole concept of hire purchase is really not for everybody. In the same way as hiring track bikes seems daft to some people and totally get that. For me it works as I don’t have any big upfront outlays I can pay as I go as my monthly wages roll in. Ruffian I get what your saying about the...

Re: Is that your KTM parked outside?

Your kidding me Brian. Been riding a Gixxer for the the last 10 years and getting put into the "gay boy club" (which I have to say I don't really care about, as its a sexual orientation and I genuinely don't care who associates themselves as LGBTQ+ it just happens to be incorrect for me personally) ...

Re: The next saga of my biking journey

First world problem rob all good bikes I am sure a lot of people mocked me at first for not buying another sports bike I think I might have even been one of them. With age and experiance I get it..... As much as I still like the sports bikes for the track (hence will continue to hire track bikes) I...

Re: The next saga of my biking journey

Every single bike on your list will readily do three figure speeds and all have a sporty theme. From riding the 990 Superduke recently which also has a sporty theme have noticed a massive difference between being able to do triple figures and feeling like to need to at every opportunity. Actually d...

Re: The next saga of my biking journey

Buying a new bike is a big decision and without a demo ride it’s too much of a leap of faith really, so take your time and try as many as you can. If Moto Corsa can’t help, I’d suggest trying the dealer that we use - Premier Bikes. It’s a bit of a trek to Oxford but they are worth the effort Scotty...

Re: The next saga of my biking journey

If you go to Moto Corsa, you might also try an MV Brutale or Dragster 800 ...... Like a Triumph but with class :-bd  Moose the MV was actually the 2nd bike on my original list and think that it looks fantastic but with every bike being within about £750 of each other (other then Suzuki which ...
