Re: Who wants a free exhaust!
I have access to a 790 too if you want one. You could have had my 790 Duke for the last 6 months as it's been SORN'D in my garage. Will be taking it back on the road next month though, but if I still have it in October you're welcome to use it then. We already list slip on exhaust systems and decat...

But after that we are looking a little quiet, So we need the next project bikes but not sure what people will ...

Re: Don't assume it's ever been serviced!
Completely agree, suspension components certainly have a shelf life and sometimes overlooked.
Found that out with my Thunderace "smokey joe"
The linkage was seized solid and was riding a hardtail.
Was not fun on track!

Well most of them,
And I'm only 36.
Love using cash where I can. (Just the face of young people figuring out change is amusing at times)
But do listen to music alot.

Re: Injector replacement
Buy cheap, buy twice. Seen lots of people use aftermarket injectors "claimed bosch etc" as well as "refurbished" and don't think I tested a set which passed the tolerance test on the asnu injector tester. If you can cross reference the injector and buy from a trusted supplier the...

Re: 125cc rider Bristol
Some of the most fun rides are on a 125cc bike
Especially when you learn corner speed is your friend.
It doesn't matter what you ride as long as enjoy yourself, unless going our for a silly speed blatt (not that we do that)

Re: WOW.. Expensive!!!!
Unfortunately it's the way everything is going. I agree that trackdays are fun, but would struggle to spend that sort of money on a day. Euros still seem sensible though at the moment. But when a forest day is £45 and greenlanes are free, That's where I'm going to be. And playing with the electric b...

Re: i need some mechanic advice for Bristol area please
What lexmoto is it as there are plenty of models. With not charging and battery drain, Will need diagnosis for if a parasitic drain ie a system not shutting off, Duffy battery, or not charging properly to let the battery recover. They aren't overly complicated which is a good thing. Ktm Duke are a d...

Re: locks and chains
No point just putting a chain on if it’s not fixed to something they can just pick it up or drag bike would look at garage door security etc if they want it they’ll take it it’s all about delaying tactics and noise my personal opinion obviously Will agree about noise and getting noticed. Re: locks and chains
Almax or Oxford boss chain.
22mm chain links.
But word of warning, the chain is 1kg per link!
So moving it about it awkward and need a ground anchor big enough to accept it as some aren't.
