Everyone has their preference on oil, depending on the use of the bike asking what oil works best would be a valid question.

Decent garden chair, beer cooler, factor 20-30. Occasionally watch others, but can't be arsed riding round in circles covering the same couple of miles all day ...... On the rare occasions my bikes see the light of day, it's nice to go places and see things ..... x_x x_x Cat, pigeons ...... Do they...

Depending what camera you've got, the new gopro7 can link into your bluetooth helmet comms/phone system so you don't have to fix a camera to your helmet.

All depends what your plans are on becoming the next big thing on YouTube :-bd

Depending on the damage you've caused, it might be worth replacing the stanchion. You can find them at Wemoto at a reasonable price.

However it might be worth think of another mounting place for the camera as it gets a bit shaky mounted on the mirror stalk.

This simply comes down to How you ride As a commuter with no hard riding then follow manufactures recommended service intervals Sunny day fast road rider then I would personally half the manufactures service intervals Fast road and track then I would personally change oil and filter after 2/3 track ...
