Re: Not being a gear Nazi, but........
A lot of the mopeds I see are 125cc which can do 60mph plus and even the 50cc peds can be modified to go faster (though most I see make lots of noise and go no where quickly)
I'm not saying they should suit up, it's down to them to make the choice just makes me cringe when I see it.

Re: Not being a gear Nazi, but........
I've been sitting in the sun today at work watching bikes go past with riders in shorts and t-shirts even one without a shirt, the moped riders are the worst today saw one in flip flops. I came in this morning in full leathers, boots and gloves was hot but safer. I remember years ago when my sister ...

That is just typical,
Personally I would try and get some cash out of this guy what ever you get will go towards the damage you are repairing.

Oh No Way!!!
And after we sorted your alarm issue and you managed to get the indicators and brake lights sorted!!
I think that bike has a demon inside.
If your fixing it and need somewhere to store it and work on it, let me know, as you know my workshop is available.

Re: warning light on mk4 golf
Hi,, I would get the faults read before anything else if you haven't already, I used to work for Audi and we used to get cars coming in with warning lights on the dash, when they codes are read a lot of the time the fault doesn't actually relate to the light that come on, but because there is a faul...

Hi,
Was a great day, shame I had to head back after the McDonalds stop, but I did have a nice ride up to that point and a wasn't too bad heading back up the A37 home.
Will get out again soon as possible.

I will take a subscription please and donate. The weather is looking good for the weekend so unless it changes I will be there, I will probably fall away around Dorchester though and head back up the A37 back to Bristol as I have a few things to get done in the afternoon. Looking forward to it. Darren

Re: Time to get back on.. which bike?
Hi, I have a daytona that I picked up last year, I love it, I'm 6ft with long legs and I fit on with ease, the rear brake pedal I found was a little high, but I had enough adjustment on it to get it right, the power is good and more than enough and they look great too. Like you I hadn't gone the spo...
