well I've used K&N since I have ridden bikes using correct Torque setting with no issues and easy to fit.

I change before winter sets in so fresh oil sat in bike. Probably less than 3K miles on fresh change with K&N filter every time. These filters have nut for tighten so easier than OEM that comes with my bike. I change to using Motul 300v from Castrol as Castrol I was getting sticky gear changes, ...

you got to hire a van, for couple days, make sure it got a way to get bike in it, stay at B&B because most tracks are too far to do in one day, pay for the track day itself so all in all I guess you looking at £400 ish. A lot of dosh for one day of fun.

not every corner, just now and then and I know the roads so not too do with taking correct line, this is easy to do.

StartRescue prices look good. How do you know how long recovery takes though, if stuck in mid Devon for example.

I had a Gixxer 600 first bike and that was fun, good bike road that to work and bike, struggled on fast roads to keep up with mates thousands, but fine round corners.

Its not about getting track time and handling bike, I can ride perfectly well thankyou. Although track time would be fun and much easier than fast road riding. The bike is fairly good as is, but some fast corners I can run wide and that's giving it as much turn as physically possible. Suspension is ...

Carbon Fibre wheels
Has anyone purchased some of these, like the BST ones? I wondered what a difference it would make. I ride a 2004 ZX-10r. I think it would improve the flick-ability especially at speed.
