Re: Britanny weekender 2026
Looks like the ferry is now £350 whether sharing a cabin or going it alone
Unless I can get it a lot cheaper I'm out. That's just too much for poor old me for only a couple of days there.

Re: Roy Bulcock Memorial Rideout - Sunday 26th October - RIDE CONFIRMED
Didn't get home dry, drizzle started as I got to higher ground west of Tiverton and proper rain the last few miles home. If we'd have started an hour earlier.....
.....but nae bother, glad we had a good turn out in memory of the character that was Roy.

Just gone 10.00p.m. and it's hammering down here. Fingies crossed the extra hour gives it time to clear up.

Re: Winter glove recommendations
Gerbing heated gloves with batteries - expensive but worth every penny. When it's really cold I also wear silk inner gloves which add an additional layer of warm comfort.

Re: Roy Bulcock Memorial Rideout - NEW DATE Sunday 26th October
I'm sure the other suspects will be chiming in on the rider list when they're back in Blighty later on today and we'll have a good turn out on the day.
So how's the route plan coming along Phil? Maybe have the start in the northern part of the area followed by a pick up stop down Exeter way?
