Re: Go Karting options for the new year

Great stuff!! I'll raise a team of three. 90 mins or 120 mins race both good, although I have voted for 120.

Re: speedway

Sounds absolutely brilliant fun and amazing value at 75.00 for the day. I'd be up for it, it would be ideal if a group of us could share a minibus or we could even arrange a ride up and b & b maybe? :-bd

Hi and welcome from another newbie like yourself.

Nice bike the SP2, you don't see many about. I look forward to meeting up on a ride out if and when the weather improves. :-bd

Re: Pub meet - Tuesday March 22nd

Count me in if it's not too late? Mrs V off to Leeds, so a steak sounds a lot better than a can of oxtail soup, especially as I've got my new SWB membership card with 50% Harvester discount. :D

What time is everyone meeting there?

Re: Heated gloves

Hi, I agree with Millsboy. I too have recently bought a pair of Gerbing XR12 heated gloves and they are fantastic. You get a simple controller that allows the temperature to be adjusted on the move but you will rarely need to raise above minimum as the gloves are so well insulated. They don't have a...

Re: Hi from Dawlish

Sounds perfect!! I'm up for all and more! Thanks for the welcome, I'm looking forward to meeting up with you all already. I really do fancy the track day but would like to learn a bit more about it in terms of what I would need. Do most people ride up, or would I really need a trailer & spare ty...

Hi from Dawlish

Hi Folks, Found the website with a Google search. Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been hooked on bikes since I bought my funky Suzuki AP50 moped back in ‘76. I was a trainee bike mechanic in Northampton at the time and have owned all sorts of bikes since then. Unfortunately over the years mo...
