Re: Thursday 9th May

Yes, many thank Phil for leading this run.
The roads in Cornwall seemed so much better and less pot holed than the ones around my usual area.

The bike night was slammed, which was probably due to the good weather.

Looking forward to many more.

Re: Thursday 9th May PART TWO

I'm easy.
I'll likely want to wonder around Bridge to look at all the shiny things and then I'll go on to where ever anyone else wants to go.
Don't mind if that's a chippy or to Robs cafe.

Re: Seaton Bike Nights 2024.

What time do you think your run will end Brian?
Being generous with the stops I'd expect us to be at Bridge by about 15:30 which leaves quite a lot of time to kill before the bike night starts at 18:30.

Re: Seaton Bike Nights 2024.

That's what I was thinking too but I expect that ride will finish a little too early for that, so was thinking of finding a nice coast and a decent chippy to pass the time afterwards before the bike night starts.

Re: Seaton Bike Nights 2024.

I didn't go out in the end either.
I ran out of energy due to working all day, after having a bath I just couldn't be bothered.
I'm gonna try again tomorrow afternoon.

Yes, I think the place is looking to take advantage of one time only passing tourists and not looking to grow returning customers.

Yes, it was a very good. Just what I needed to get me back into the swing of things after my winter hibernation.

Ah, sorry I misunderstood.
I thought it might be a ride out over to Wales which was stopping in at Llandow but I now see it's commuting for the track day.
