brake pads.... stay away from organic compounds, your metal sintered pads as obove will give you great all round performance, wet/road/track and would recommend these, if your looking for more performance then carbon pads are the way forward, but they will need heating up before coming good normally...

be carefull with the chinese levers... i had some on my race R6 which came with the bike, they looked nice but got slack in the pivots and the srews threads were weak, i removed after 2 meetings. if you want to improve your braking, start with your brake pads, if you want to improve further , you ca...

tyre prssure is too high, I would be aiming for 26/27 psi hot rear 31/32 psi hot front, if you have tyre warmers its easy to set, if not you will need to go 2-3 psi lower than your desired psi, a soft tyre will generate heat quickly and in turn pressure.
