My first time was a steel frame cbr 600f one of the best bikes I had and did a few track days on it

As I have no idea about suspension I'll be ask a lot of questions and wanting to know the ins and out of what he is doing.

Hopefully at the end of it I may be able to adjust my suspension by myself

Think if the sun is out I may make a visit

It will be put to the test at the end of month at Pembrey
