I recall coming back to Bristol in the company 3l GLX Granada in the 70s. Dropping down the hill on the M5 when I looked in the mirror and saw a single car on the horizon at the top of the hill. Attempted theft of my bike the other night.
They cut 2 chains and broke the disc lock. They missed a third chain and tried to wheel it away but dropped it. Collected by insurers. Phone call from engineers on Thursday...
