Brake Discs and Pads

Post by Little Loris »

Where does everyone get their brake discs and pads, as I'm in need of some new ones?

I've looked online and the cheapest I could find is on the EBC Direct website - I thought they'd be the most expensive but they're cheaper than places such as Busters Accessories! Just wondered if peeps swear by other places.

I got some PVM cast iron discs for an L model, interested ;)
Try ebay, but if buying new, erm I guess you have found out, unless someone does you a deal, i.e a local shop

all depends if you want cheap brakes or good brakes mate, if you want to stop properly i'd recommend the brembo pads, see steve at peak performance 4 them. if you want cheap pads look on the internet and obviously start with ebay or even 400greybike.co.uk might be worth a look

I used

http://www.bitzforbikes.co.uk/

or phone CMS on 01392 2467700

They're usually pretty cheap and both will deliver.

eBay was surprisingly not very good for brake discs. All wavey and home made :?

Just want some that don't warp after 10 months of having them!

EBC double H pads, and EBC pro-Lite discs - excellent set-up that saved my bacon a couple of times on my Kat  8)
