depends on what adjustments you have got on your suspension mate
Quite an easy job to do realy

Most 125's as far as I'm aware have no adjustments at all. Which one you getting?

To set up mine I just went out on it with a screwdriver in my pocket, it's just a matter of trying different things to get it how you feel comfortable with it

getting a Honda NSR 125.
Im only like 8st n their set up for someone heaver than me, Lol... Plus ive read how to do it, i just dunno wat im actully doing

The NSR I had a while ago did have rear preload, And well I cant remember looking at anything else.
