Not sure really never done this.

Off the top of my head i would suggest a couple fine sewing needles and work them eithier side of the key to pull it out.

Someone might suggest put a drop of super glue on the end of whats left and stick it in and see if it sticks to whats left in there. But not sure this would be safe.

Remove barrel and try and strp it. Not sure what set up you have.

Try tweezers.

Or the super glue thing could work if you take care and use activator.

Replace the ignition. Only problem is you either have to do all the locks or have two different bike keys.

How brave / mechanically competent are you :?

If the barrel is held to the yoke with normal allen screws, drop it off. the bottom bit (the actual switch) is usually held on with a couple of phillips screws. Take them out and drop the switch off, and you will be able to push the broken bit of the key back out with another key, or a feeler guage, or fine screwdriver :D

If the barrel is held to the yoke with security torx screws, as per above, excpet remove the whole top yoke if you don't have the right tools to get the barrel off
