swingarm

Post by devonbiker »

hey guys and girl, as you may or may not know, i own a kawasaki zzr600d. just trying to get it back on the road.

i have the engine out, so decided to give swingarm a clean. My god the amount of crud and grit that gets on it its unreal. anyway,,, tell me if im making big mistake.. i was thinking about spraying the swingarm black? Its an old bike so showing signs wear and tear, just wondering your views.. would it look good, or look like a turd?

i would use a primer., then black spray.

cheers all

I reckon it would look ok, get some stonechip and spray the in the inside curve where stones and chippings hit , it will help prevent chips and rust taking hold more quickly again
