You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Well think is fair to say that you have given everybody enough notice. Hell by then I might have even bought a new bike so who knows might even join this one.

Right, that's around 750 miles total for the Christmas ride - any advance on that?

Easy solution - rise at a sensible time, log onto laptop, open Google Street view for start point of ride, and follow the route from the comfort of your armchair. Plenty of coffee and bacon sarnies as you ride, toilet breaks as you need them, and not a frozen digit or dewdrop in sight :-bd
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

Nobody else in the country will even be up at the times billi will be out.
We're dealing with a post lockdown world now... 10:00 is considered an early start, as it rightly should be.

Good start to the day, hit a deer on the way in and broke the fairing.
Still, great weather for it.
Other than that, 100 miles and only had to make 3 overtakes. Lovely empty roads.
