You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.
Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Hi,
As this is local to me I may be interested, what sort of pace will the ride be?

Ok, well I will see how work pans out and see if I can make it, I'm not the slowest rider, but not the quickest either as still getting used to being back on 2 wheels again.MellowYellow wrote:Normal group ride pace I suppose. Need to be m-way legal so no real slowbies.dchurch1604 wrote:Hi,

If I can make it and the pace is a little too quick for me I'm happy to drop off at the first stop and take a bimble home Lol

It's not a problem DC, everyone rides at their own pace. You will be fine. A back-marker will always be behind you, and if you don't want to do any junction marking you can stay near the rear. It's not a race, it's a lovely ride around some great scenery.dchurch1604 wrote:Ok, well I will see how work pans out and see if I can make it, I'm not the slowest rider, but not the quickest either as still getting used to being back on 2 wheels again.

We can do some intros, and I will read the riot act slowly. Probably 10 of us now !
If you're au fait with 2nd man drop-off / back-marker then we can slope off as soon as you appear. No pressure then
