Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

December Rideout postponed until- Sunday 17th.

We did this last year and had a good run out, pretty quiet roads (think most were c-word shopping) and filled a day.

So a date for the diary.

Yeah, might coax myself and the faithless Fut out of semi-retirement for this. You planning the route Si or playing follow the leader?

I only ventured as far as Weston S Mare last year. Scary fog once out of town and could only see c.50 yds down the M5 from the bridge.

Will try again this year if more clement.
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Gottit ta.
Can I take it that it'll be an 0900 start and that you'll be taking the much more biker-interesting old A30 through Tedburn St Mary, Cheriton Bishop, Whiddon Down etc. to Okehampton - here: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/Exete ... 02!3e0!4e1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - and not the miiiiiiiles of new A30 dual carriageway?

Who knows?????? It's just a rough guide. There may be road closures, ice, snow, pothole - a proper assault course.

I'll try to avoid Twin tracks though.
