Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

The start point is at the McDonald's in Tiverton, as has been posted up earlier in the thread.
Also the direction of the route.

See you there.

Kata wrote: Feb 22nd, '18, 13:17 I'll pick you guys up from Cross Keys pub just outside Taunton. Any idea when you'll be there? Google says it'll take half an hour, so see you at 10? I'll get there 9.50 so I have time to comb my hair before you turn up. :-)
The route is in the opposite direction K.

There is a small meet for 08.15 if you'd care to join it.

Pub just off M5 /J 25 - Deane Gate Roundabout (A 358) now a Toby (TA3 5LU) can meet you there if you like.

I'll be leaving Teignmouth at 0730 and then heading to bridge Motorcycles for a flying pickup at 0745.
From there heading up the Stoke Cannon Road to Tivvy for fuel then into Maccys to await the masses.

Confused.com
If we start in Tiverton and finish in Crediton then is that not anti-clockwise?

Or am I just a bit dim?

Right then, to avoid any confusion.
Using google - not apple or android

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/McDon ... !3e0?hl=en

STARTING in Tiverton at McDonalds

heading outWest towards Bude (eventually) then North East towards North Somerset, across the top to Minehead then South to Taunton, Wellington and finishing at the services at Waterloo Cross near Willand and the M5.

Hope this helps.

Yep. The friendly rides are always a full day.

It's still only 3 hours at 60mph.

There are plenty of ways to cut it short though if weather or light becomes bad.
