Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Hi Jack.

I'll be tail end charlie for this ride (at the back all day) so if you want to stay towards the rear of the pack for bait I can help you out with group riding etc.

Ride leaders - is this going to be a drop off system for the run?

My bit will be "making progress", deffo' quicker than our "friendly" rides, a 125 will not keep up but anyone on a grown up bike with pillion should not be uncomfortable. Quick pace, but not stupid fast - we have track days for that.
Usual TEC unless we have only a few riders.
Weather looks good enough, I'm expecting mostly dry with perhaps a couple of light showers. I'll only cancel if it's torrential or a hurricane or blizzards.

Can we start a list of who'll be joining from the start at Tiverton Mcdonalds please?
old and disgraceful so doing what I can while I can before I can't

jack23 wrote: Apr 24th, '18, 18:50 Hi guys :-h
I'm definitely in for this ride
it's going to be my first one :-ss

Quick questions
My lady would like to join me for this ride
Is it going to be friendly?
Is anyone taking pillion passenger?

See you Sunday
Jack
From what you told me, you'll be fine Jack. We'll be using the 'drop-off' system I'm guessing, that should keep us all in contact, with no-one getting lost - in theory. Mellow's part of the ride (from Cannards Well) will be a 'Friendly' and we'll keep you safe on Ptolemyx's bit!
Where are you joining us? I'll be at the Eagle Tavern with Gimlet, Billinom8s and whoever else at 09.30 hrs.

There is another ride going on at the same time from Glastonbury to Lynmouth in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. I've decided to do that one instead as I know the guy organising it. Let's hope for good weather!
