I was out confidence building. Lakes and hills ending at WsM for chips AND ice-cream. Nearly got out of second once or twice.

Going for a back x-ray next week and have some 'exercises' to do.
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Blimey fella, didn't realise things were potentially so serious... Hope the exercises sort it and no surgery needed... :-o :)

Is this connected to your recent Triumph/tarmac/hedge interface Larry?

It is conteporary therewith so would be be a huge coincidence if not.

Had I had the nous to release the brake(s) I would have ploughed up the grass verge and into / over the hedge into a field .

I reckon hedge much is better than tarmac. 3:-O :@) 3:-O :@) 3:-O
