Last-minute East Devon bimble.

Post by Robbo87 »

Anyone fancy a short-ish ride out tomorrow a.m?

The weather's looking settled and the Triumph and me need a gentle shakedown airing after too long a lay-off:

I'll be at Tesco's Honiton EX14 2XD by 10.00 a.m ready for a bimble in the East Devon countryside for a couple of hours; aiming to be home again around 12.30-13.00.

Well, the roads were pretty nigh perfect - cages notwithstanding, but we soon dispensed with them. Thanks to Shooey for tagging along :-bd - all those trackdays you're doing is forcing me to raise my game #:-s! We got around 55 miles under our tyres before Paul returned to Tribe Shooey around 12.30 - but it was so nice to be on two wheels again I put another 25 miles on the trumpet before I could bring myself to go home :) .

had a bit of a red wine haze today.... Hope you had fun ride out...
Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..

Yup, the (s)trumpet goes well and nothing fell off, went wrong, stopped working or leaked. All I had to do was ride it. I'd nearly forgotten how to do that bit.
I can feel planning a proper rideout brewing . . . . . ..

I had to see if it was true .... and yes ... he's back!!

Nice bike Robbo! Great to have you back on two wheels. A few more roads added to the memory bank - how do you know everywhere in Devon so bloody well?!!

Looking forward to Llandow now ... can't believe you're sharking around in NOVICE!!!
