Last time we went we visited a car museum at Loheac. Anyone watching the Rallycross on Quest at present - that's the same place!

Yep well unfortunately all things have to end and have got to say was a great eye opener.

Somewhere so close has got some amazing roads, stunning locations, and generally friendly people with little traffic.

The bed and breakfast ran by Ken and lesley was a absolute pleasure also, as they did a half board and didn't have to worry at all about food. Couldn't have asked for anything more,

Did some day trips out.
Day 1 Josselin and dinan,
Day 2 motor museum and tredion
Day 3 saint naizare and guerande
Day 4 roch fort!-en-terre and chateau de suscinio.
Day 5 utah beach on route back to the ferry.

The weather was brilliant France side, only a light shower when at the ferry port in cherbourg. But can live with that.

Day 5 utah beach
Was a real eye opener, the d day landings was such a surreal experience. I couldn't comprehend what was happening and to what extent but was a great tribute to all those who were there fighting.

The m4 sherman

There is alot more photos but could have spent longer over there,
5 days was a nice break but could have spent twice that as was brilliant.
Did the best part of 1250miles,

To anyone who feels like doing one of these trips just go and do it, would be a amazing experience!!!
