Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

I went to this track a few years back when i attended the British Super Bike School.

This is the only place I have fallen off a motorbike in 10 years. They were teaching us counter steering. Was 4 deg and was on the warm up lap. was pushing on the bars and feeling the bike tip one way and then the other. push.... ohhh look at that. Push.....wow that worked. push.... opps where did my bike go

Also one of my best training days and would go back. Not the best track in the world but good for training. There is a nasty double apex bend and mastering how to approach it really helped me back out on the road.

wasn't that a week or so before Llandow? You had to get the engine stripped to repair a shaft or something didn't you?

No that was a different time when i went to the Suzuki all stars day at Silverstone some bloke on a K7 GSXR 1000 got it all wrong, grabbed the front brake and plowed into the side of me pushing the gear changer into the engine. Some how I stayed on the bike and carried on riding I just couldn't change gear. That was the day finished after the 2nd session, loaded up the bike and got back home dropping the bike into Colin Groom on the way that rebuilt it for Llandow.

The only time i actually fell off was at Blyth
