Was this the one-off show from a few months back where they build a bike for the ex-squaddie or is it a fresh programme?

Think so Scotty, watched it a couple of months ago.
Think they're based in Poole, Dorset. The amputee who wanted to ride across the Alps.

i think there's something on the BBC site where you can review these pilot shows, based on the reviews etc it determines if a full show gets made.

Not going to get any new shows made for many many months but still worth posting the review.

I contacted the main guy yesterday via twitter and he responded saying that reviews had been very positive and that they were looking forward to going into production.

Make of that what you will.

Best of luck to him, but I won't hold my breath... (I'm in no way cynical about his endeavours or the merit in doing a show, but things are iffy at the moment and much will happen twixt now and things returning to normal, and there'll be many a production meeting to thrash out budgets and priorities, plus the tories have the Beeb in their crosshairs because they want a government propaganda mouthpiece and despite filling the upper management echelons of the corporation with their sympathisers, elements of resistance remain..)
