I that video the copper said "we have given the thresholds between the limit and where our enforcement starts" yet I didn't hear him give us those.
It's about 9:50 he mentions it - did I miss that part of the video where he give us this information?

Many years ago I was talking to a truck driver that had taken the devon and cornwall helicopter to Gloucester or somewhere for maintenance/ updates, they said it was only gonna be a couple of hours so instead of unloading it and reloading after they had finished they said can we leave it on your trailer while we do it and we will pay the waiting time, he said the cameras in those helicopters are a lot better than you see them on the tv programs, the guy working on the camera asked him what colour was a car off in the distance that he could barely see , and he said dont know, have a look then , he looked at the camera and could see what colour and pattern the seats where

Indeed, it's slightly second hand space / military technology.

Obviously, if you're on a Suzuki, they can't get you as long as you're over 120 mph.
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?
