Silver Lining

Post by MellowYellow »

I have just spoken with the the lady to whose house my bike was taken.

She told me not to worry, it can stay there as long as I like. Also that it is accessible at any time even if she is not there, as long as I'm happy with dogs. Well that's OK as I'm half dog myself.

She went on to tell of her coming off her Gold Wing 20 yrs ago, being in hospital for almost a year and being told that she would probably not walk again. However they managed to wire and bolt her legs / hips back together, and she did get back to walking.

Weird or wotttt ???

Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Just thought it was weird... 3 or 4 houses on a 2 -3 mile stretch and my bike ends up with a kindred spirit.

There IS a Dog.

I've heard talk of what goes on in the ottery area when the lights go out ......
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away
