Moving back to the UK in May, any advice on washing machine's, fridge's & Freezers, these are what we have looked at, hope they will do a deal if we buy all three together. :D

Washing machine = http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/household- ... s~21248478" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Fridge = http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/household- ... l#longDesc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Freezer = http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/household- ... l#longDesc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Any views or ideas welcome.

P.S. The washing machine has a 5 year Manufacturer’s guarantee. :)

Try your local independent for a deal, luckily my neighbour has his own appliance shop.

My washing machine was sold as a second as it was damaged in transport - small dent on the side which is against the wall & can't be seen.

My fridge & freezer were ex-display (looks like they were displayed in their original boxes :wink: ) and my hob came with no worktop fitting brackets & was a straight swap for the (very) old brown cooker that was in the house before I moved in.

Unless you're after finance, speak to your local chap - they will appreciate the custom.

Not sure where in West Dorset you are, but try Sparkworld in Martock, near Yeovil.

The one local to me (Newton Abbot) does good deals on end-of-line and "B" grade stock :wink:
