The cheapest place i found locally was U Drive in Sowton
I hired a 17 seater back in May to take 16 of us to Alton Towers (daughter and her friends for 2 days)
3 days of hire came in about £270 with a bit of haggling.
If they got a smaller one it will almost deffo be cheaper.

Do you not need a PSV licence for anything over 12 seats?

Does it have to be 9? if you can get away with 7 a people carrier will do what you need - Ford galaxy, etc.,
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

No because it's not for reward
You need to have D category on licence though.

And for the record it deffo wasn't for reward because after

Bus hire
Park tickets
Premier inn rooms
Diesel

I was £40 out of pocket but it was a trip for daughter and friends to have a break from exams during half term

Happy days

I'm not 100% sure about licence but I have possibly 6 of Grant's mates plus Grant and me and then driver. I have look at U drive and they are the cheapest but still works out nearly £300 which I don't have so looking for volunteers to take a second car for me (as accommodation and entry will be included)
