Do we have confirmation of times for the day? I think I have read / heard that the race starts at 10am but I assume that we need to be there before for suiting up and some kind of race safety briefing?

Also is there an expectation of when it will finish I know it its a 2 hour endurance race but is there a break in the middle or is it straight through (ie. Finish for 12)

Just need to organise my team (heaven forbid)

Thank you :D :ymhug:

Ok so we have had a team bail on the event happening at the end of the month.

Anyone else reckon they can get a team together for this ?

Ok so here is a question for you. With all is biker folk attending a go kart track are we allowed to use our own helmets and gloves rather then using the onsite stuff that has been used by everybody else 1000 times before? :-B

just paid the balance on this so all 11 teams are dialed in and ready to go.

Teams please be aware of the following

Arrive on site between 0900 and 0930 for signing on and kit allocation

You can use your own helmet but it must be full face with a visor.
If your chosen helmet is a motorcross style then you must be wearing goggles
Gloves are advisable

If you are to be using one of Raceworlds helmerts then you have to wear a balaclava underneath it, these can be purchased for £2 on the day.

I will be contacting Claras Diner with a view to asking if she will open up earlier so we will have somewhere to grab a breakfast of coffee.

If everyone is there, signed on and briefed quick enough then we will start our practice session at 10, that's half an hour, qualifying places sorted and then the race will get setup and begin. I spoke to the organiser today and we will all be done by 1pm at the latest.

See you there, enjoy the battle for second place.
