I think there's loads out there now. Virgin have offered me their own mail service but i am quite happy with Outlook, there's allways Hotmail but the only downside is you have to log on to the Hotmail site each time to access your mails (i think). I also had the option when i joined T595.net to have a T595 e-mail adress, never heard of it before and i assume you have to log onto their site to get your mails, but like i said am quite happy with Outlook it does what i want. Try going to Panda or Norton, Macaphee or any of the other major Antivirus sellers they all do free antivirus sweeps so should tell you if you have anything untoward on there and don't forget 'Spybot search and destroy' and 'Adwareaway' both good freeware tools for finding trojans and other nasties :)

Mozilla Thunderbird here http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/ is fairly good and you can add multiple accounts to it. Although it does take a bit of setting up to start with.

For Outlook 2003/2007 you can download the connectors that allow you to link to your Hotmail/Live Mail accounts.

As for web browsing I mainly use FireFox, as the Firebug add-on is a superb web development tool. Although because the work sites need to work with many browsers I also test with IE, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Konqueror, Amaya & Flock.

Google Chrome has the form elements looking really nice and the application shortcuts is great for web apps.
I will certainly be using Google Chrome for all computers in work in the future, however at the moment it doesn't support Automatic NTLM Authentication, which makes it useless for Intranet.
