It could be that cause it's not rained for a while people are actually riding their bikes and not lurking on the forum. :-)

Banter is always good hairy one...

”We need more female riders!”
Shammy will only generally be seen trackside, at various locations, mostly up north :))

Sounds like your fb page is well managed. Not sure anyone really moderates the wb one...

Almost seems that the forum has gone a bit too serious and scared a few people off,
(The laugh and dare I say "banter" of 2/3 years ago has softened up a bit)

It seems as some of the people are selling there bikes we are not getting the next generation into biking.
From my perspective there has been no discernible change in site moderation. I have had, in other areas, criticism of my "sense of humour", plus have not been able to ride much for a fair while, so have not posted much.

As for younger generations not getting into biking, this is an issue the industry as a whole need to tackle. Ever tougher licensing laws, rising costs of bikes, successive poor summers, easy/cheap access to cheap, reliable, relatively quick cars (my 19yr old college student son runs an E46 318ci) makes bikes an unattractive option. Biking has had a good few "glory" years recently from middle aged baby boomer born against, but the generations following never had bikes/licences before their families to now go back to.....
