This is Oulton Park

both are on the same bike (GSXR 750) Mallory is ok but nothing flash and would put on par with Pembrey. Oulton Park :-o ............. :)] .......................... :-bd

Not even comparable! Oulton looks like a different league!! From looking at those videos, I think Pembrey looks more technical and faster than Mallory! Doesn’t look like many places to pass either. But what do I know?!!

Oulton has to be one of the first TD’s of 2019 - Shammy is right - amazing!!

That’s because you tend to visit the bits you should visit there.

Don't worry if it's your 2nd or 22nd track day, just do it when you feel ready. Simply fantastic & the best circuit in the country. 👍

Oulton = awesome track and facilities.
Mallory = zzzzzzz... all right-handers and the best corner (the Esses) was ruined when they defiled the place with that poxy Edwina’s chicane. It flowed fairly well before that but it’s pants now.

You couldn’t pay me to ride at Mallory, whereas Oulton is fun and challenging and exciting. No reason not to go there if it’s your 2nd trackday; take your time and get some instruction to learn which way to go, then spend the rest of the day practicing and improving.

Cracking day - half booked, loads of space, dry and warmish (for October).
Triumph 765 hired from Smallboy Trackbikes was fabulous!

Was touch and go there with the weather wasn’t it?? I suppose that’s the gamble at this time of the year! Glad it turned out alright. So is that it for the rest of the year?

Mallory on the 4th November at £59 .... tempting???

How come you hired a bike?

Hire a bike because it’s easy and there’s not much in it cost wise when you factor in everything :-bd

At Oulton again next week Wednesday 24/10. That one is with MSV, see if can get lucky on the weather gain  :))

Who cares about second track day.. if you haven’t got the noodle to realise the more technical tracks require more experience.

Take up tennis =))
