What a weekend at Pembrey, we had it all weather wise but most of all there was a lot of sun and lots of track time even on the Sunday.

Big thanks to all that joined us on the Saturday it was a great crack, Sunday started off with the sun over them hills but the morning turned to rain!!! however by 11am it was all go on the sun front. 12.30 fully dry track and back out of slicks, it was worth the wait as they ran the new track and i kind of liked it.

Maybe another visit end of next month who will join this time ???????

Aren’t wet tyres brilliant! Or did you sit in that cafe till rain stopped? :))
Ive not done the new layout yet as the long left is my fave corner there.

I was a big brave boy and sat it out till the rain had gone away :)): managed 3 sessions in the afternoon.

The new layout is much slower through that section, but still a challenge to get it bang on to get right on it after. I have to agreed about the double left I love it but with the new layout depending on your line, you can still apex at both but on a very different line on the second to carry speed down to the 90 left (I think it's more like 110 degree) as your line makes you come back on yourself to hit the apex for the long sweeping right.

I only did the saturday, started in novice as I'd changed my brakes over and had new pads, did a couple of sessions there - scary.
No lines, block passing and scary ass braking points.

So a quick trip to the office for myself and Smiler - inters here we come.

Loads more fun, personally I haven't liked pembrey for a few years now, just didn't have any fun. That's now changed, had some great laps playing with the faster riders and trying to tag in on their lines.

A lot safer in the inters. Will certainly go back there for playtime now.
