Harrison hired his bike this year, he gets the award of furthest travelled. And most improved on track. Top man.

More the merrier, hotel was great, ideal to bring the wifes.

I'll upload some pics when I'm back tomorrow to wet people's appetite.

I could be tempted by another euro trip next year.

I found portimao was all round brilliant,
But cartagena track was that little bit better but the rest let it down. (But cheaper)

I don't know who Harrison hired from but it was very reasonable, he was on 2 year old kawasaki 636.

I would like to revisit as I learnt some much and my riding has come on. Best lap was 2.11 and would of moved me up in to middle group. My goal for next year is to be below 2.10.

Thanks shooey, it was just mind blowing.

Think you need to allow £1200 min, by the time you add on evening meals, a few beers, extra night in hotel and flights. But you can pay it off as you go. I'm going to take another new rear tyre with me next time.

My only advise would be, do your own thing and set your own goals to achieve. Most important thing is to have fun but progress. The forum is great, people have a lot of knowledge but it can be a bit to much. Don't worry about who may over take you! There will always be someone faster, carries that little bit more speed through corners or down the straights, even more bottle on the brakes.

When I go back next year I'll be having instruction from the proper instructors who live day In day out on tracks. As everyone else in the paddock with tell you a different line, braking point which is there comfort zone. Basically what I'm saying is ride for yourself, you'll make mistakes some small, some massive but it's all about learning. It's the same at all track days egos get the better of us.

Hope this helps
