Looks like an awesome circuit ... probably a bit too much of a step up for me ... any suggestions for an ideal second circuit to try? Would like one more this year?!

Oulton is fantastic & at £109 is a bargain. It will blow your mind first time out, but once you get a feel for the place it's the best track in the country.

If I was you have ago at it, it sounds like you know where you are in your riding, I personally find bigger tracks easier to ride and learn.

As Shammy said get an instructor for a session or a few laps. Be one of the tracks I'll be doing next year.

I think oulton is a tricky track.. and I really wouldn’t do it if it was my second track day..

I think Mallory also is a cracking track to learn on..

Also there is another track day at pembrey next month..

Just learn the lines and get a feel for the bike..

I went on my 3rd track day & it was tough to get my head around it to begin with. But as you would at any new circuit, If you take you time & speed up steadily through the day u should will be fine.

Oulton Park is my fav track as Shammy says it is totally amazing.... Ok you do need to get to learn the track as it is bigger then the Llandow or Pembreys of the world but trust me you will not regret it. The facilities are fantastic and the track is even better.

Have faith and trust me. If you can afford it and have the time available to go then 100% book it ...... but book in Novice.

Okay. Funds are a bit tight and a bit short notice so am thinking of this instead of Oulton:

Mallory
4th November
103 dB
£59

Anyone interested?

From what’s been said - Oulton could be the first for the new year!!

Weather could change any minute but pretty lush at the moment. £59 gamble isn’t too bad.
