Hi Jimbo just seen that Small Boys are supporting the 28th and 29th September at Pembrey. From the looks of it that’s the only weekend all year he is supporting at Pembrey. Not sure if I will do both days or just one but will defiantly be booking up for at least one of the days.

1st track day of the year, couldn't ask for 2 better days, unfortunately it ended with a

EPIC HIGH SIDE :(( :((

Now in A&E with a massive ankle, very sore hip and backside, broke toe and a broken bone in my hand. Just goes to show wearing good quality gear save really injuries. My boot saved me from having a broken ankle, my leathers didn't wear through so got no road rash.

I had 2 epic sessions before I went skywards.

Bike not to bad, so far it looks like fairings, clock mount, crash bobbins, cam chain engine case so I think I got off very lightly.

Bugger, not good Jimbo but could have been a lot worse.
Good quality gear is definately worth it's money when the time is needed.

Any ideas why it happened??
Sounds like the bike isn't too bad.
Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.

Yes mate I was very lucky not to brake collar bone as I got into a full superman.

Coming out of the old hairpin and got on the gas a bit early while still on full lean (well my full lean) and the rear wheel span up and sent me skywards

Jimbo so sorry to here the bad news, really not what you want as your starting your 2019 track day season. Sounding painful but also as you say could have been a lot worse.

Hope your feeling better soon :? :-s

Pushing on jimbo..

sunny day, but cold in the shade and track temp was low. Think it tricked a lot of riders on the day..
