The DVLA regulations state that proof of identity and proof of entitlement is required for all Road Legal number plates. Drivers licence and V5 can be faxed or emailed.

Ok, I think that's everything covered. There are so many different size number plates, so I have only listed the most common sizes. Any other sizes will have to be ordered. Note that the small motorcycle 7x5 has to be classed as a show plate, because apparently it is not a legal size plate.
