big thanks to Mark Hamilton at Speed Superbikes in Exeter

Post by billinom8s »

So the other day whilst out playing in the mud with Tractorwackyracer and Woody I had an argument with a low hanging branch, luckily I managed to come in second.

As you can see, the helmet did it's job and the bike survived.

SO off I went on the hunt for a new lid and ended up at Speed superbikes in Exeter on Marsh Barton.

Got chatting to the sales guy, who was very helpful and generous to the point of a nice discount to top it off.

So if you're looking for a bargain in the clothing and accessories department, pop along and see Mark, he'll look after you.

Proof of the old saying 'Tis better to be born lucky than rich'.

I'll look in next time I'm at Marsh Barton cos need to look at replacing my 8 year old 'Lidl specials' gloves. I'll wave my SWB card around a bit and see what my magnetic personality and charm can achieve  .

need to look at replacing my 8 year old 'Lidl specials' gloves.

Lidl has some ski gloves at about 8 quid a throw. Good for keeping you warm.

Useless if you need to test their abrasion resistance though.

Got quite a bit through them when was back over at st David's as tim on parts was a right laugh.

Havent been into them for a while but have to have a look around as my 6 year old nolan has just "cacked itself" and all the lining fell out.

Not good but time for a shiney new lid.
