Aunty Avices pasties at St Kew Highway , as recommended by Kernow Bike Training ,
Killock farm shop between Bude and Kilkhampton on the A39 (gotta say that my missus makes em )

Cara's diner is on green dale industrial estate on the exeter to Sidmouth road,

I know mate i pass there 6 times some days , always get my diesel in StKew , it is hard job to resist the pasties but i have to due to health issues , oh and the Quiches and bacon egg and parsley pie is good to
