Re: Europe trip
My only advice is take your time to explore the twisties or anything other than the auto routes/auto bharns.Davey boy wrote: ↑Sep 28th, '19, 14:27 Were planning a trip in a fortnight over to France, Germany possibly Holland Belgium a loop .does anyone have experience of this ,we've done france before but not the other countries.so any help regarding great roads affordable accommodation etc would be of great help

Re: Europe trip
Air b&b is an option. Been to Germany loads of times but it depends on your budget where you want to stay. Most hotels are biker friendly. Black forest is awesome for roads, Baden Baden and the D500 especially but I believe there are plenty of speed traps/cameras there now. We went this year to the German motogp and had fun in the Harz mountains. Stayed in Boppard before down in the Rhine valley which is fantastic and not as far to travel. Plenty of superb roads around there also. Have explored the dam buster dams and again, plenty of good roads. Try some of the guesthouses for another cheaper option. Holland is ok but the roads are a bit boring as no twisties. Belgium is pretty good for WW1 cemetries and related stuff. Went to Ypres earlier as part of the German GP trip. Our bikes were in our van to take the arse ache out of the trip.
