Yep I'll agree with that aswell had my zx10r off them 18 months or so ago. After the finance company decided to mess us around they really went out of their way to help me get the bike I so desperately wanted. It involved some clause which meant that if I crashed or sold the bike within a year they would have to pay a certain cost themselves (something like 5-600) and it was the only way blackhorse would allow the finance to go through. Now considering I was 22 and buying a 1000cc zx10r I thought it was damn good service to give me that trust! Certainly not many garages which would risk that to help a customer. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
