This is a official charity ride authorised and approved by the Lee Rigby Foundation. We will be charging just £5 to join and it will all go to this fantastic charity. Many of you are currently serving or ex serving members of our fine armed forces and I'm sure you'll agree this particular charity is a perfect choice for our first (of many) charity rideouts. The Western Gazette are also covering the ride in the local press.

We will be leaving Wickes car park in Yeovil at 9am. We will make our way towards Dartmoor National Park with a stop at Exeter MOTO services. The plan is to ride through Dartmoor and ultimately end up at the China Fleet Country Club for lunch time.

The return leg will be a short blast down the A30 then back through Devon Area of Outstanding Beauty and then Dorset Area of Outstanding Beauty, through Lyme Regis and on to West Bay. The official Ride will end here.

The route will be marshalled and avoids motorways so L plates are welcome. I would suggest 50cc riders join us at West Bay for a short ride home afterward as the full ride will be too much. Sorry all you nifty 50 riders, but the 125cc riders should be able to keep up with the group and are welcome to join from the beginning. Please be aware the route is almost 200 miles long so you need to be confident you can ride that distance as Yeovil Riders organisers cannot take responsibility for breakdowns. (both emotionally and mechanical)

Please save the date and hit the attending button to give us an idea of numbers. Also feel free to share on any other bike groups if they allow. Once we have a more accurate idea of numbers we may make some minor tweaks as we go along but we will keep you posted on here and the Yeovil Riders Facebook group.
